I went to Mexico over 2 years ago and I had went barefoot not the smartest thing to do but I did it anyway and now i've got an itchy foot that's been driving me nuts for over 2 years and I think I may have stepped in some spider poison what can I do? You don't "step in spider poison". The spider bites you and injects its venom into your bloodstream. As far as what happened to you... I dunno, man. You could have stepped on another kind of bug, or maybe a cactus spine (I've heard tales of them getting embedded in the skin and the victim being none the wiser). I'd go to your doctor if I were you.
