You can go online www.continentalkennelclub.com  on the main page select register a dog, down load the form.  You have to have two witnesses stating that your dog or dogs are of that specific breed following the regulations and guidelines of the ckc and send 3 pictures.  You mail them in with the money and in approx 1 month you get your papers. I've done it and had no problems.

 Talk to your ckc about this, they might be able to help you out with this. Sounds like she might not really have the papers.

 Sounds like the woman has lied to you in my opinion  i would contact the ckc and ask if such numbers exist they might be old or tampered with that's why i dislike breeders sometimes if you find out that she is lying i would talk to the state attorney and file on her she should have to pay you back and at least have it on file maybe stop her from doing this to others!!!!!!!!
