It can be difficult to find the time to write when you have a full time job. Most of the time you won't feel like it. The best thing to do is to try and fit in some writing whenever you have any free time. If you have a day off at the weekend, then perhaps you could fit some in then.
Perhaps you could put an hour aside in the evening just to fit in a little bit of writing. It might actually help you to relax. If you have a long enough lunch break at work, then perhaps you could find a bench in the local park if there is one, and jot down some ideas. At least then you are fitting something in, and if you come up with any new ideas in your break then you may be inspired to write when you get home. If you have to commute to work via a train or bus, then you could fit in some writing then.
If you are really serious about the writing, then perhaps you could cut down your hours at work. At least then you can find enough time to fit in a good amount of writing and feel as though you have achieved something.
