I love the movie Men In Black but have not seen it in a while and so cannot remember the song used at that part.
    However, go to the link:

    www.amazon.com

[highlight the address, right-click, select copy, and then paste into the address bar/browser]

The link takes you to amazon web page for the Men In Black soundtrack cd. If you scroll down a little bit, it shows a list of the songs featured in the film and you can listen to clips of the songs by clicking on "listen".
This may help you find the song you were looking for!

For some reason if you cannot go to the page, here is a list of some of the songs used in the film:

The song is "The Promised Land" by Elvis Presley. The song was written by Chuck Berry. It's a GREAT rocker about leaving the East Cost and heading across the country to California.

I'm not sure which album you can find this version of the song. Chuck's version can be found on a few compilations. (And it's also part of a truly amazing medley by Dave Alvin and the Guilty Men on a live album called INTERSTATE CITY. Alvin took Woody Guthrie's "Do Re Mi" and combined it with "The Promised Land" and Alvin's own "Jubilee Train." All three songs are about California and the dreams it has inspired in people. GREAT STUFF!)

      Hope this helps.

It's an Elvis song. I can't tell you which one, but I think it's "the promised land." I'm not a huge fan, but I was raised around that time, fat Elvis. Ha Ha.
