What Is The Difference Between Architectural Engineer And An Architect?

I believe an architect draws up the building plans on paper....he/she's the one that comes up with the blueprints and the structural layout.
And I believe the Architect Engineer works with the architect to make it into a reality. An architectural engineer may work for a construction company. He/she actually brings the paper design to life.
