It could be from so many different things. You could have eaten something that just doesn't agree with your stomach, or you could have ulcers, or gastritis, so many other things. I would try some tums or an antacid of some sort, if that doesn't help, and it seems to get worse, I would go to the doctor. Another reason for bloating, could be pancreatitis, which is definitely not a good one to have. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
