Whenever you see it disgrace the person doing it and gather all the community with you to isolate that person socially and give as much protection as possible to the child

You cannot protect a child that is not yours and that is likely being isolated in their own home. Shaming an abuser is very unlikely to have any affect on that person, as he/she is already with psychological problems if they are abusing someone. In some cases, this will provoke the abuser to take it out on the child more.

~Like I stated in my answer, more detail is needed as to what the situation is. I would report it immediately AND...follow up. Sometimes they will send DYFUS out to the house one time and then forget about it. Meanwhile the abuse continues. If you really want to help an abused child, you need to be pro-active. This is serious and much to much of it going on.

What do you mean by this question? Be more specific. Is this just a question in general out of curiosity? Is the child in your home? Is it you that is being abused? Is it a friend? Neighbor? How old is the child? What type of abuse? Do you mean you are trying to help the child/family personally, or you know of abuse that is going on somewhere? If it is someone outside of your home, report it immediately!!! If it is going on in your home, take the child, get out of there at once and report it immediately!! Child abuse is serious thing and needs to be taken care of.
