Why Does My Dog Have Oily Poop?

I have a 3 year old cocker spaniel who has an oily discharge after she poops. We took her to vet, and he cleaned the anal glands ran blood and poop tests and all was fine. She does not seem to be in any pain and isn't looking uncomfortable while going to the bathroom. She is eating, drinking playing and sleeping fine. What to do...it looks gross....like salad dressing at the end of the bowel movement.

I think you will find this is just anal gland secretion, which is quite normal, it eases the passing of 'poop'. You have obviously done the very best you can by your dog by visiting the Vets, and if he drained the anal glands and said there is no problem, then rest easy, it is all natural.
