Our 11 month yellow lab is very sick, been this way now for a week, will not eat or drink, fever, drooling, swollen mouth gums, diarrhea. We have looked in her mouth and it almost appears as if she has a mouth infection. Bad breath, we are at a loss as to what to do.

I think you dog has some sort of infection in gums or teeth. It is also possible that she tried to eat something sharp which stuck up in teeth or throat, so she is drooling and not eating. This condition can lead to infection. I can not suggest the medicines as a matter of ethical practice on the net. It will be good to change you vet and get second opinion. Its treatment will include use of antibiotics but before this, it require an examination of mouth to look for any thing stuck up in teeth or throat.
