Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Like every planet, Pluto also has distinct orbital characteristics. The aphelion distance of the planet is 7,375,927,931 kilometres and the perihelion distance of the planet is 4,436,824,613 kilometres. If somebody measures the semi-measure axis of the planet it stands at 5,906,376,272 kilometres. The circumference of the planet is 244.186 AU and the eccentricity of it is 0.24880766. If somebody measures the sidereal period of the planet it stands at 90,613.3055 d. and the synodic period of the planet is 366.73 d. When someone measures the inclination of the planet, it stands at 17.141 75 degrees.

When it comes to the other characteristics of the planet it is considered as the second largest dwarf planet in the solar system and also the tenth largest body that is orbiting the sun.
