Where Do I Find Free Legal Advice?
My husbands ex wife sent his daughter to live with us 3 years ago. To this day she is still getting child support for her garnished from his wages. They had a verbal agreement that since she has their son and we have their daughter nobody would get the child support but, she got mad at him and filed for back pay.She got the tax return that was the eic for my 2 kids their daughter wasn't even on our taxes. She also got the stimulus check that was based on my kids. What can I do?

Honestly you may be out. Unless you can prove they had a verbal agreement about the child support. The best way to do child support is threw the state or what not. There is a website I've heard of that may help you. It is freeadvice.com. It should help you. Also I could look into some more things for ya. good luck
