If you are on the pill just change your schedule, like if your getting married in 3 weeks stop pill now, and take it again in 5 days that will change period cycle, but keep in mind you could get pregnant if you dont use other protection when you stop taking it early, but will be protected during honeymoon. Ask your doctor to be certain

Ask your doctor, he can keep you on the pills without having to go off of them, if your'e not on the pill he can put you on them. Congratulations and best wishes:)
