Yes developing nations should seek foreign investments. It helps in the development of economy in a big way. The biggest disadvantage is that once established foreign firm in the country, if not given proper facilities and services can shut down their business and hence a large number of people get unemployed.
European countries are the richest in the world and the main countries which are ready for foreign investments in some developing and under developed countries where they find cheap labor. Countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh are the main nations which are receiving foreign investments.
