    Will My Bad Credit Prevent Me From Being Accepted By Hud Senior Housing In Delaware?

    I have been turned down by a HUD Senioe Housing Apartment because of bad credit. I qualify in every other catagory and lived in this building in the past. When I reapplied I was told I was not accepted because of my bad credit. Is this legal?

    Yes your bad credit rating can affect your credibility and it also prevents your from being accepted by HUD Senior housing so in order to get this benefit you have to repair your credit rating first.
