Where Is The Pound Key Located On A Phone?

To find the location of the pound (the unit of currency which is used in the United Kingdom) key on your mobile phone, the first thing you have to do is to go to the messages mode and then you have to go to the create messages space (which is the space in which you can key in a text message).

When you have reached the create messages space on your cellphone, you have to press the asterisk key, which is at the bottom left of your keypad. The asterisk key is the key that has a star (*) drawn on it.

When you press the asterisk key, you will find a variety of symbols, such as the full stop, the comma, the question mark, the single and double quotation marks, the hyphen, the brackets, the pound sign, etc. You have to use the left, right, up and down keys to reach the pound sign. When you reach then, press the OK button on your phone to use it in a text message.
