With the help of a sharp knife, remove corn kernels from the cob. Put butter and oil in a medium frying pan. Cook corn and stir occasionally over medium heat for a few minutes. Keep on cooking for about 15 minutes, till corn attains a bright golden brown tint. You can make the sweet corn even sweeter and tastier by addition of cream, lime and garlic sauce. You can sprinkle some thyme leaves as garnishment. It is best to eat it warm along with roast chicken.
