Homosexuality isn't new. It has been assumed since the days of the Old Testament that the natural order of life is based on heterosexual relations, but that isn't exactly true. The popular teaching is that same-sex activity in nature is unnatural and a perversion. That is the rule our Christian ethic has taught us, but nature actually tells a different story.'

Apparently, the self-righteous writers of that philosophy wanted everyone to live like they thought was the right way. Think about it, what exactly are ethics or morals? Neither are natural laws. Ethics is custom not natural law. Morals are societal approvals not natural law.

As homosexuality being natural, I say nature has a lot to teach us. We, mankind, are a part of nature. Before the good books were written, mankind lived life according to natural law, the same as animals. The big difference, in this regard, is that animals have no need for the cultural concepts of homosexuality or bisexuality. They have instincts but no idea of morality or what, in our society, is right or wrong.

Recently I read an interesting article, written by a couple zoologists. Their argument was based on documentation showing that homosexual behavior has been observed in 500 species. They believe it takes place in thousands more. Yes, we are supposedly a few steps up from the animal kingdom, but my argument is that homosexuality can be seen as being 'natural'.

The law in many countries prohibits gay marriage, and in others it has changed.
However what is clear, is that there is no simple answer to this question. For example why should we pass judgement on peoples lives, when we don't know what complications can be caused in the lives of people by these laws.
For instance it is impossible for a gay couple, who may have been together for thirty or more years, to make decisions about the body and its remains or burials after death, or obtain a death certificate.
Secondly, in an emergency life and death situation, the hospital will notify only the parents, and if no parents are alive or contactable, it will be assumed that there is no next of kin, because the law doesn't regognise the gay partner as the next of kin. This can cause great distress and heartache to the partner.
The same applies in life insurance, pension and other matters where the partner is not recognised, although men and women cohabiting together may be.
These things should be considered when debating this matter. I think people will still believe what they believed before the law changed, but the change may improve the lives of the people affected by these laws, so why not accept it as a fact.

No it is not proper, god created man and women as partners and why should we disobey the creation of our god creator, to stop gay marriage, it starts with the family orientation about sin in gay mariage.

Depending on your definition of "proper." Gay marriage is something of belief. But, I do not believe that it should be outlawed just because people like crazenguy think it's a "sin."
I've never heard of gay marriage being considered "proper" or "improper" but if you ask me, you should have the right to marry someone because you love them, not because they're the opposite sex. And whenever I say this it brings up that stupid remark "Well then people should be allowed to marry a horse or any other animal." No, that's not even close to being the same thing. Why shouldn't you be allowed to marry anyone in the human race that's over 18? It's ridiculous if you ask me.

Gay marriage is wrong!!!!!!! VERY WRONG!!! Like many normal people say "God didnt make a man for a man, he made a WOMAN for a man" if he had wanted people to be gay then he would have made two men and then later women!!..

NO it's not proper at all.God did not make a women for a women and a man for a man.he took a piece of Adams rib from him to create a women to be his companion, friend, lover, and wife.gay couples should not be able to get married let alone date or be seen in public together.it's nasty and shows no respect for them self or their family.and most of all its DISRESPECTING GOD.so I believe that it should be kept banned from happening here and anywhere else.
