Don't give medicines by yourself as it can create some reactions. Your kitten is 7 weeks old. Its digestive system is very sensitive. Take your kitten to vet so that he can examine it and prescribe accordingly. Improve you kitten diet. Good and digestible food will be quite helpful for to make your kitten strong. Give it some honey with milk to reduce its weakness. For strong bones you can try "Glucosamin Chondrotin".
