Every time she does it you give her a negative consequence, such as banging two pot lids together, blowing a very loud whistle, etc. Also, the shock collars work....I know, I know...it sounds mean but actually it isn't if you stick with the lower power. It worked for us in getting our dogs to stop digging big holes in the back yard.

Clear it up as soon as it leaves her behind. Also worm her regularly as she will be re-infecting herself. Distract her with toys (is she bored?) and ensure you are feeding her enough of a good quality food. Cheap foods only get partially digested and this may be what is attracting her to eat her poo.
