Answer Question

Lee Harvey Oswald was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 18, 1939, about 2 months after his father Robert Edward Lee Oswald Sr's death. Being a posthumous child, he was raised along with his older brothers by his mother mother, Marguerite Claverie.

His own brother's name was Robert and his half-brother was John Pic, who was Marguerite's son from a previous marriage. The family was raised in the Lutheran way. When Marguerite got divorced from her third husband Edwin A. Ekdahl, she moved her family to Benbook, Texas, which was a suburb of Forth Worth, in June 1948.  It was said that his mother really loved him and doted on him a lot.

However, she also was known as a dominating and quarrelsome personality and some believe this had a negative influence on Oswald. In fact a psychological examination report at Youth house by chief psychologist, Renatus Hartogs, state that Lee was quite disturbed person emotionally and he suffered lack of affection, and also rejection by a self centered and quarrelsome mother.
