Go to Petco, and get a bottle, milk, and maybe a bed for it. You are going to have to feed the kitty several times a day. Even in the middle of the night. Talk to someone there at the store, they are there to help. And if you really need to, call a vet clinic, and see if they can help with your other questions. In most places there are even 24 hour emergency vet clinics.
