    How Do I Save And Email A Database File Stored In Microsoft Access? I've Tried But It Can't Be Opened By The Person I've Sent The File To.

    This is my first time, don't know if I asked the questions right.

    Access database files usually have an extension of .mdb. Your friend must have Access on his/her computer to open the file. If you are sure that the have access, it is possible that .mdb files are being blocked by their server or firewall. Try renaming the file to filename.mdb to filename.xxx and then zipping the file and sending the .zip file.

    Oh yeah, I forgot. Your friend will have to unzip the file and rename it back to .mdb.
