What Is Your Typical Weekend Like?

I would like to suggest you to take your daughter to some theme park, movie, may be to some museum especially if you have science museum in your city. Other ideas can include shopping, lakes tour, city sightseeing,  bowling,  dinner  or  may be to some beach area.

What you do with you daughter does always have to be you and her leaving your house and doesn't have to cost a lot of money. You and her could bake cookies or teach her how to bake a cake or pie.  Just spending quality time with her counts a lot to a child. Reading, taking a long walk, or watching a age appropriate movie with her and discussing is after it is finished.  If she is interested in planting you and her could plant some veggie or flower seeds and care for them and watch them grow.  I think that all the above things would be very fulfilling to a child, depending on her age.

Kids usually love to be involved in more physically(or stamina) demanding things. Take your kid to a park for playing, gardening seems to be good too or you can just play football or any other sport with your kid in lawn. These activities will keep your kid physically involving too that is good for stamina too after full week of more home-work & less play. have nice weekends(& of course weekdays too-lol).

Since the weekdays are filled with school for my kids and work for my husband and i. We pick one day during the week to have family night, which is dinner out with the kids. And, usually on the weekend we go to church on Sunday; and out to eat afterwards! Our kids really enjoy that time with us! We talk about how our week was and discuss what's happening at school or work in our family time!
