I must write individual notes to customers for their purchase, a number of times per day. Is there a template to start off which I can use to jump start my own personalized template?

The problem is, I need something to start with. This is a one time purchase, however I need them to know I'll be available for any assistance, questions, etc. Something simple, just 2 or 3 sentences that are easily read thanking them. If I knew what to say I most certainly would not have asked for your help...Again, that was my whole point. I need help writing the template.
