There are two things that go side by side:
    • Diet.
    • Exercise.

Dieting only helps you to reduce the weight or get rid of extra fat. While exercise will tone your body. Give you a beautiful shape. Now from your question i think you want to tone your body and don't want to lose weight so for that you should do exercise. Exercise will make your body stiff, give it a shape, leave bulkiness behind and will make it strong.

    Have fun :)

You cannot diet alone......in fact, I dislike the word diet because it implies a temporary measure to lose weight.  You need a lifestyle modification to make changes to how you eat as well as an exercise program of at a minimum 30 minutes a day at least five days a week.

I read an interesting article (Celebrity Fitness and Weight Loss Programs: Madonna and J. Lo) at www.projectweightloss.com. Madonna seems to be a fitness guru! She has a strict routine of
Ashtanga yoga and follows the macrobiotic diet. The macrobiotic diet is
based on beans, certain types of meat, fish, whole grains, and
vegetables. Those who want to follow the Macrobiotic diet need to have
patience, consume whole grains daily if possible, eat food products
with plant-based proteins instead of animal-based proteins.
Jennifer Lopez has a personal trainer in Los Angeles who helps her
stay in shape. Plus, she also takes yoga classes, lifts weights, and
does cardio exercises. Regarding her diet, J. Lo sais that nothing is
banned from her diet but tries to stay away from carbohydrates when she
is trying to lose some weight. When it comes to the amount of food
        consumed,

If you are eating correctly and following some basic exercises it will come off in time.  It is not going to happen over night and you must stick to eating right.  This means eating fruits and vegetable and eating enough to keep you satisfied.  You don't have to worry about counting calories and all that fancy stuff.  Just eat till you are full your body will tell you when you are done.  When we were in the wild and lived off the land we didn't have to worry about all this fancy diet techniques we ate what we needed to and exercised everyday utilizing our bodyweight.  For more ideas on on exercises please check out the bodyweight exercises tips
