How Do You Make A Cartoon?

Well making a cartoon is not as simple as it sounds. If this is your first attempt at making a cartoon I recommend you start of by drawing a rough sketch first.

First and foremost decide on what type of cartoon you want to make, do you want do make an animal cartoon, do you want to make an action hero cartoon, etc. After deciding on the cartoon, take a black piece of drawing paper mark out the size of the cartoon, like six inches, eight inches depending on what size you want the cartoon to be.

Once the size is finalized, with the help of a pencil slightly start sketching the outline of the cartoon; keep it as light as possible, so that if any mistake takes place during sketching it can be erased. Once you're done with the sketching of the cartoon start colouring the figure, come up with different colour combinations which will look bright and attractive on the cartoon.
