Do You Add 7 Days Before Your Last Period Or 7 Days After To Tell When You Conceived First pregnancy an i am slightly or should i say all the way mind boggled!!

I have not heard of this figuring method. I have the understanding that a person can get pregnant pretty much anytime of the month, as I have 3 grown kids and a few grandchildren as well. Your thoughts??
no, you only have about 7 fertile days a month. as you ovulate 14 days before a period your best time to get pregnant is between days 11-18 of your cycle. day 1 is the day your period starts
The best way to know is to have your doctor advise you of this, but what I would do is count backwards 16 weeks to give an approximate date of getting pregnant. Hope you are seeing a doctor already, and taking care of yourself and your baby.
