Television sets normally have the power cable attached to it internally. It seems you are unable to find the TV plug pin. It is one of easiest part to locate from your television set.
The TV plug can either be a two pin plug or a three pin plug. The two pin plug can be inserted in any power socket on the wall whereas the three pin plug requires a three pin power socket on the wall. The thick black cable which comes out of the bottom of the TV will have a three pin or a two pin plug. Plug it to the wall socket and see to it that you have inserted it properly into the wall socket. Make sure you do not touch the pins of the plug while connecting the power cable to the wall socket.
