I assume you are currently a Jamaican citizen and are also living in Jamaica. For this status there are a number of things you can do to get a UK visa:
-Marry a UK Citizen
- Apply for UK immigration (Which is highly unlikely these days)
- Go for studies (This way you can live there for around 2-6 years)
- Apply for a work visa after getting a job.
So if you are qualified and highly educated you have a great chance of getting employed in the UK. I would suggest you to visit your nearest Bristish Embassy or consulate and discuss your options.
