The dog looks as if she has malnutrition. Her ears and tail are bald as well as her tummy and rib area. You can see every rib.

Have this dog examined by a veterinarian. They will examined the areas with hair loss for mites, ringworm, allergies, secondary infections due to bacteria or yeast. They will also make sure this dog is up to date with vaccination and will be able to help you with appropriate nutritional requirements.

Take the dog to the vet and get a skin scraping to make sure its not caused by chewing due to fleas ticks or flys also could be mange so the best thing to do is take it to the vet until it gets to the vet i would just try to make sure it does not lick it or chew on it cause that will irritate it even more
