Are you sure that's what you want? It's important to consider why you want a cheap pet. Is it because you don't want to pay or because you can't? Neither option usually turns out well. If you can't afford a quality dog can you afford care? You must provide necessity's like high quality food, kennel, toys, and medical care. Can you afford illness or emergency? It happens and you have to provide care. Puppies get sick and Rott's are particularly prone to parvo. Can you afford it if that or some other emergency comes up? Also, a cheap dog is usually just that, a cheap dog and often ends up being more expensive in the long run than a dog that cost more initially from a responsible breeder. Poor/irresponsible breeding resulting in cheap dogs often results in poor health which can be VERY expensive and a bad temperament (which can also be very expensive). Can you afford it if your dog needs replacement hips and elbows or any of the other things that plague badly bred Rott's? How about lawsuits because your dog turns out to be aggressive? If you are looking for an initially inexpensive dog please use a rescue like petfinder. You can find them there and give some deserving dog a home. You can search by breed and location and even by age. Please do not reward and support the breeder's whose dog's end up there because they do not pay attention to what they are breeding and don't care to know or learn and just throw two dogs together without thought or knowing what's behind them or what the results will be. They play a big part in the breed bans. If you want to buy from a breeder please spend the money to buy from a responsible one. It's not a guarantee that there will be no problems but less likely and they take responsibility for their dogs and will provide support throughout the lifetime of your pet. And please be wary of any breeder's in your area as it is VERY well known and for producing 'cheap' problem puppies.
