I Moved Into A Condo On 7/3 And The Owner Said I Had To Move After 3 Days After I Signed The Lease, What Rights Do I Have For Signing The Lease For 12 Months?

I moved into a condo on 6/30/2008 and on 7/3/2008 the owner told me I was not suitable to live there after the lease had been signed, what are my rights? Can I sue her for the lease agreement for the 12 months?

I guess you would have to know her interpretation of suitable, and check your lease agreement for rights of eviction. Pretty sure that the landlord must put it in writing, and have it sent via postal with return notification before petitioning a court. It may be easier to have your deposit returned & move. It doesn't sound pleasant to have antagonistic landlord.
