I Want To Move On! How?

All my life I’ve eaten junk food, and now I’m fat and I’ve got to lose some weight. I need a plan to lose weight. I’ve got to start eating healthy food. But first I need a plan, but what plan? Any ideas? Anything I can find online?

It depends on what you mean by
healthy food. You should eat many vegetables, no take-out food, and some meat
from time to time. You also need a fitness program. You can find a bunch of
    resources online at www.projectweightloss.com
    – they have diet ideas, as well as a menu planner and a calorie counter. The
calorie counter lets you calculate how many calories you can eat daily to reach
your target weight, and it’s pretty cool, with a bunch of graphs and stuff.

Eat right and exercise and allow for a cheat day so to speak where you can eat whatever you want that way you wont feel guilty when you slip/sneak to eat some junk. Oh! And stick to your life change because diets never work you have to think of it as your new way of life...find new activities that are both exercise and fun for you...canoeing,jogging,walking,hiking,bike/trail riding,swimming/diving,anything that gets you moving for a couple minutes/hours....later

Start eating healthy by keeping a daily log of what you eat.  Each week look at your log and try to eliminate the bad things in your diet.  Try finding alternatives for your junk food such as celery and peanut butter. Allow yourself one cheat per week.  This will help you start getting more disciplined.  Seek the help of gym franchises and personal trainers to help you stay on track.

You may want to try joining a gym to help. And you also need to start by consulting your dr for a program that is right for you.

There’s no need for all that
        trouble. Just become a vegetarian.
