What Is Self-worth?
How do you know how much are you worth to the society, to your boss, to the people around you, to yourself? I'm not talking about (financial) net worth here.

Count how many people come to you for some form of help in a day, if it is more then ten people you are doing a fine job and are making the world a better place. Only if you help them of course. This improves your self-worth.
