To tone up your fat you need to do some kind of regular cardio exercise. To start with you can do for around 2-3 days of walking. Then you can increase by walking continuously for at least 30 minutes. Try and start working out for at least 1-3 non-consecutive days a week.
You will also need to have a healthy low calorie diet simultaneously. Try and eat healthy food and light food at the same time. By light I mean it shouldn't be high in terms of calories. Fruits and veggies will give you all the necessary nutrients and fibres. Try and consume small portions rather than going for the big bite in one shot.
