What Is A Story Board?

A story board is a graphical or a pictorial representation of a sequence of events. This is one of the techniques that are most used in advertising and cinematography. In the field of advertising a storyboard is generally used while pitching a particular creative concept to a client. The storyboard provides one with an idea of what the actual visual is going to look like. Most of the time this is done with respect to the image, that has to be captured in a particular frame of the video. However, this does not mean that each action and movement is captured. For the storyboard to be most effective, it must be able to convey the central idea easily and shouldn't necessitate the need for an explanation.
