First you need to jack up the car. Remove all the tires. The tire that is on the rear driver side will now go on the front passenger side. pass side front tire will then go in the rear driver side. Next the rear pass side tire will go where the front driver side tire is and vice versa. Just think of it as a big X.

Front tires go to the back same side
back tires go to the front but cross over back passanger to front driver side , back driver to front passanger side

There are two ways. First put front tires to the back tires. Second if they are directional tires they most be crisscross. Directional tires have arrows to show the forward rotation.
