Panic Attacks Can You Help?
I'm 16 i have panic attacks when i have big problems my panic attacks can last for 2-3 days or less but when i have the attacks i don't eat for 2-3 days its hard breathing my stomach hurts all day long feeling like i have to puke what should i do any advise?

I have panic attacks all the time too.... But i have went to a doctor asking what i should do... Now what he told me is that the reason for panic attacks is stress and when your anger you need to find a healthy way to let it out...(like writing your feelings or thoughts down; or making time to yourself...) stress is the main cause of panic attacks and should be treated by letting you feelings lose and while you are having these attacks making sure to deep breath and tell your self to clam down(i know its hard to breath but when you get really worked up you make it even harder to breath)

There is obviously something that is stressing you out. If possible you need to do whatever it takes to eliminate this stress. Maybe you just need someone to talk to. If you can not eliminate the stress yourself you might want to turn to couseling, even if it is just your school counselor. A while ago I went through the same thing, i was very stressed, got into a fight with my boyfriend and next thing i knew i was on the floor not hardly able to breath and i was in the ER 10 minutes later. So trust me on the fact that if it is stress related you need to try and eliminate the stress, because these attacks can be very serious.
