Don't force your dog to eat! I currently have a puppy that is recovering from Parvo...he came home from the vet on Saturday and he seemed like he was when I took him in on Monday. We mixed wet food with dry food and left it in his crate with some water overnight. Eventually he started eating slowly. To keep him from moving around and upsetting his stomach make sure you keep him in his crate until he feels like he has the energy to move around without it making him sick. If he got up after sleeping we took him outside so that he could go potty...and then back in his crate he went. Also, I gave him Imodium (children's) and gave it to him after every time he had a bowel movement. This seemed to settle his stomach more and more. It's now Monday and my dog is eating all the time and we can't keep him from running around! Just be patient with it...the more rest he gets, the sooner he'll feel better.
