Who Wrote The TV Series 'Minder'?

    Minder a British comedy drama was written by Leon Griffiths. The theme of the show was based on London's Criminal underworld. The show ran for a total of ten seasons "Between" October 29, 1979 to March 10, 1994. It was originally produced by creative and successful Verity Lambert and was made by Euston Films, an ancillary for Thames television.

    The show also had a few Christmas specials; Dennis waterman played the role of Terry McCann who was shown as an honest and much liked body guard. It also has George Cole as Arthur Daily an import and export dealer of used cars.
    The series started of by showing Terry a former professional boxer who has served substantial amount of time in prison. He is hired as Arthur Daily's minder on unclear and nasty terms.
