My Puppy Making Us Crazy,any Idea?

This is going to sound very funny but when was the puppy taken away from it's mother? It almost sounds like this puppy is missing his mother.
Or it can be in pain for some unknown reason.
I would suggest taking her to the vet for a checkup - tell the vet what your experience is with the puppy, he can make an educated decision.

Try not to get angry or irritated with the puppy, that makes him more aggitated and scared and might even make the moaning worse.

Your puppy is missing his mom and the other puppies.

The puppy is new and probably not used to your home.

Try putting a stuffed animal in with the puppy. Try and find one that makes small light noises this will make the puppy feel as if he/she is with other puppies and his/her mom. I hope this helps
