Well if you consume alcohol try cutting down on it as it will reduce your liver enzyme levels substantially. Try eating a lot of green vegetables preferably raw, like in a salad.
Try out fruit juices, your meat consumption should be restricted to just about three announces per day and try switching to broiled or roasted poultry or fish instead of having fried meats. Enzymes basically are proteins which are catalyze chemical reactions. In such reactions, the molecules at the start of their development are known as substrates, and these enzymes switch them into diverse molecules. Nearly all kinds of developments which take place in the cell require enzymes in order to take place at considerable rates.
Because enzymes are exceptionally choosy for their substrates and speed up only certain reactions from among many possibilities, the group of enzymes created in a cell, concludes which metabolic pathway take place in that particular cell.

My husband just found out his liver enzymes are slightly high, he does not smoke, drink alcohol, or do drugs, he is constantly working and very muscular, but he does overeat especially sugar but sugar levels are good. I do not fry foods, broil or bake is all I do and if any oils are used it is olive. Does anyone know what this could be caused from or how we can lower his enzymes back to normal ??
Thanks
