Around five weeks, her abdomen will become larger and her total body weight will increase by 20%-55%. Behavior will also change, and she might show signs of depression.

Closer to the delivery date, she will start building a nest by moving rags and her bedding around and appear restless. 12-24 hours before delivery, her body temperature will drop two degrees.
