Ground garlic or ground garlic tablets, you should use 1 clove per day, or one tablet per day. To be sure, check with you vet, make sure your pet can handle this in his digestion. Tablets may be best, or oil. Once again, your dog may not tolerate so best to verify

I get it now :-). I was trying to look it up to see for a 5 pound dog cause I was thinking to start with maybe an 8th or 16th to make sure it was okay and see if you could work you way up to a quarter once a week.
I know it's in small amounts in foods and supplements but then I found these so I'd really ask my vet considering your dog is so tiny. Maybe it's the preparation or procedure or it's just in those in very small amounts. Maybe it needs to be given in a different form:
