What Can I Do With Nero 7 Essentials?

I received Nero 7 Essentials with a Pioneer drive. I'd like to know what it will do. Ie: Will it convert bin files to .ISO files , or to a CD? I can't seem to find the product info on the web, and would like to.

Basically Nero is a software for writing data to CDs and DVDs but you can also use it for some other purposes. For example, you can make CD covers by using it. If you have complete version of this software then you can listen songs by using it as it has a video player. Basically, it is used for writing CDS and DVDs.

You can also use windows services to write data on CDs and DVDs but it does not provide many options to you. You can make only data disk by using windows services. On the other hand with Nero 7 you can copy data from one CD, DVD to other CD or DVD. You can make audio and video disk. You can make image of a CD or DVD. It provides a better method to write a CD/DVD and it takes less time to write a CD/DVD using Nero 7 than using windows service.

As i know, i have not seen any software which provides facilities for both CD and DVD. You can make covers of CD and DVD. Some times when you write data on a CD/DVD then suddenly you see the message as "windows is unable to complete the process ". It means that now your CD is useless and you cannot write it again. But Nero 7 writes CDs and DVDs by choosing the appropriate speed so there is no chance of error during the writing process.

Apparently someone knows how and is using Nero 7 essentials. I am trying to use it, but occasionally is "captures" a picture/file, (jpeg) from my digital camera and I can't move it, delete it, or change it's name. What have I done, how did I do it, what do I do to stop it from happening again? Thank you John in KS
