Im very poor i need to at least make 400 a month more id be happy,is there any thing i can do on the internet that i dont have to pay out,and make some money i really dont trust the jobs i get in my email.

Well, you could start your own blog, aka website. You only have to pay a little then whoever you bought your blog rights from will send you some 100 or so mailing cards with names already on it. You send them off and if the people are interested, they get on, and you get paid. It is a great way to make easy money.
