Can A Lease Be Broken If There Is A Sewage Back Up In An Apartment And There Is No Indication The Landlord Sanitized The Room And Did Not Fix The Leak? Only Cleared The Sewage Pipe And Replaced The Carpet.
 I would contact your tenant/landlord affairsoffice and file a written complaint with them and have them give you the answer to this problem depending on that states laws and regulations. |
