What Spices Can I Use For Cooking Chicken?

The spices that you can use to cook chicken are of different types and it depends upon what kind of cuisine you intend to cook. For example, people in Hungary use paprika as a major ingredient when cooking chicken, not just chicken, but the even mutton is cooked using such spices.

On the other hand, the Indian cuisine would add a million different spices to make the chicken tasty n yummy. The prime among them includes cardamom, nutmeg, chillies, cumin and black pepper. I say a million different spices cause, as a known fact every region has a different specialty and hence the cooking differs not just in the sub-continent but world over!
