What Should I Wear On Eid Ul-fitr?

Eid-ul-Fitr is one of the most exciting and sacred Muslim festivals. If your are a Muslim, then you should follow the Islamic traditions of dressing. If you are a male then you can wear shalwar qameez or Sherwaani. Sherwaani is quite famous in Asian contexts. It is a long shirt with unique traditional style with usually white trouser. If you are a female then you can wear shalwar qameez with dopatta, sharaara or gharaara which is usually a long Muslim traditional trouser with short or long shirt.

The way you dress up on eid occasion also depends upon your surrounding for example many Muslim immigrants wear shalwar qameez on eid occasions and wear simple dresses. Many Muslims wear embroided clothes on the day of eid depending upon their own style and taste.
