Turning Off My Plasma TV, When Turning It Back On My Video Card No Longer Shows A Picture?

I have Windows Vista x64 installed on a PC with ATI 9600 Radeon SE installed in it with latest drivers. Everything runs much better than I anticipated actually. But, when I power off the Panasonic Plasma TV I have it on, powering the TV back on I can't get the computer to come back on screen. I have run a DVI-to-HDMI cable from the card to the TV. Also, pushing the power button for a warm-reboot, when Vista is done "logging off" the screen actually comes back up just in time to watch the OS reboot.

I have had 9600 as well. Did the same on a normal tv. Just go back to your settings and switch monitor or turn both on again. This the only way I could use my tv again to do the process over. And I was running windows xp.
